Taiji refers to the ultimate union of the complementary forces of yin and yang. Qigong is typically translated as “energy cultivation”. In this workshop we will focus on the practice of the taiji ruler – a series of exercises using the breath, gentle rocking and flowing movements, and unique meditative practices to quietly center and relax the mind. The tradition of these exercises is passed down through a long lineage of Daoist practitioners. You will feel better physically, emotionally, and spiritually!
